, a PhD in Information Science and Knowledge Management, an Executive MBA in Banking & Finance, an MBA in Business Administration, and a Diploma in Computer Science – Networking. My professional and academic experience has developed at the intersection of strategy, digital transformation, project execution, knowledge management, emerging technologies, risk management, data analysis, and organizational performance.
Throughout my tenure as a Project Manager at CMC, I led strategic projects from planning through execution and delivery, coordinated cross-functional teams, managed stakeholder communication, monitored milestones and project risks, and supported alignment between project activities and organizational objectives. These responsibilities strengthened my ability to translate strategic priorities into structured actions, coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders, monitor execution, address implementation challenges, and support effective management decision-making.
My academic specialization provides an additional dimension that is particularly relevant to technology-driven strategy. My PhD in Information Science and Knowledge Management focused on the role of organizational knowledge in supporting Project Risk Management, strengthening my capabilities in information analysis, risk-informed decision-making, organizational learning, and evidence-based management.
