International Medical Corps is hereby soliciting financial BIDs from Ophthalmology Centers and Doctors who are duly registered & Licensed with Government of Syria to sign an agreement for one year to provide IMC beneficiaries with Ophthalmology Services for a period start on 01 Dec 2026 and end on 30th of Nov 2027.

ترغب الهيئة الطبية الدولية في استدراج عروض مالية من مراكز وأطباء عينية معتمدين ومرخصين من قبل الحكومة السورية لإبرام اتفاقية مدتها عام كامل من أجل تزويد مستفيدي الهيئة الطبية الدولية بالخدمات العينية ابتداء من 01 كانون الأول 2026 حتى 30 تشرين الثاني 2027.

Those who would like to submit offers can obtain the terms of reference according to one of the following two options:
First:
Visit the International Medical Corps head office in Damascus Starting from Wednesday 14 Oct 2026 from 9:30 am until 4:30 pm, (carrying with them the official stamp of the Center or the Doctor) to receive the following:
1- A copy of RFQ09008DAM2026 which includes all services and specifications required in addition to the payment conditions and quality control.
2- Documents required for company’s registration at International Medical Corps.
Second:
The terms of reference can be obtained directly by downloading it from the link: https://imcsysvc.ddns.net:8443/ords/logistic/r/rfq-platform/home
Please note that the deadline to receive offers is Wednesday 28 Oct 2026 at 4:30 pm.

يمكن للراغبين بالتقدم لهذه المناقصة الحصول على دفتر الشروط وفق احد الخيارين التاليين:
أولاً:
زيارة مكتب الهيئة الطبية الدولية اعتبارا من يوم الأربعاء 14 تشرين الأول 2026 من الساعة 9:30 صباحاً :وحتى 04:30 مساء (مصطحبين معهم الختم الرسمي للمركز او الطبيب) لاستلام التالي:
1- طلب استدراج العروض ذو الرقم RFQ09008DAM2026 و الذي يحتوي على الخدمات والمواصفات المطلوبة بالاضافة الى شروط الدفع وضبط الجودة.
2- اوراق التسجيل لدى الهيئة الطبية الدولية.
ثانياً:
يمكن الحصول على دفتر الشروط مباشرة من خلال تحميله من الرابط: https://imcsysvc.ddns.net:8443/ords/logistic/r/rfq-platform/home
يرجى اخذ العلم بأن آخر موعد لتسليم العروض هو يوم الأربعاء 28 تشرين الأول 2026 الساعة 4:30 مساء.
