Based on paragraph 3.2 (Currency) in tender dossier, the consultant should submit its financial Offer in SYP, and after awarding the project, the currency can be changed. Can the awarded company (non-Syrian company) or consortium consist of non-Syrian partner receive the project’s payments in the new currency.
