خريج هندسة معمارية بالاضافة لدرجة الماجستير التنفيذي في إدارة الأعمال من جامعة الملك فهد للبترول والمعادن مع خبرة عملية امتدت لما يتجاوز 23 عاماً في القطاعين العام والخاص.
استلهم الكثير من خبراته العملية والمهنية من خلال وجوده الأكاديمي والعملي والمهني معاً في جامعة الملك فهد للبترول والمعادن, وكذلك في أرامكو السعودية كمهندس متدرب ، حيث حصل على جائزة الجامعة في التميز، تبع ذلك انتقاله للقطاع التجاري والصناعي من خلال العمل في الغرفة التجارية الصناعية بالمنطقة الشرقية والهيئة العامة للاستثمار بالرياض ، حيث شارك ببصمات واضحة في بناء كيانات ادارية وفنية جديدة , بالاضافة لقيادته وترأسه ومشاركته في عدد من اللجان الفنية والادارية واستحداث ادارات نوعية كان لها الاثر الابرز في ترويج خدمات قطاع الاستثمار, وقيادة عدة مشاريع متنوعة وفعاليات نوعية لمراكز الخدمة الشاملة للمستثمرين والمدن الاقتصادية , بالاضافة لقيادة وادارة التغيير والتحول المؤسسي واتتمتة تنفيذ الأعمال تخلل ذلك ترأس العديد من لجان المشاريع واللجان الادارية والفنية المتخصصة ، توجت تلك الأعمال بحصوله على جائزة أفضل قيادي في الهيئة العامة للاستثمار.
بعد ذلك جاء التحول لمسار حيوي آخر من خلال 15 عاما قضاها في قطاعي المياه والطاقة , حيث تزامن عمله في هذين القطاعين بدئاً من العام 2009 بالقفزة النوعية التي شهدتها المملكة العربية السعودية في هذين القطاعين الحيويين شارك من خلالهما في برنامج التخصيص وتأسيس وتطوير شركة المياه الوطنية ، حيث قاد واشرف على بناء الهوية والعلامة التجارية للشركة وخبرات العملاء ، بالاضافة للمشاركة في تأسيس عدد من الادارات التنفيذية والرؤيا الاستراتيجية للشركة بقيادته وترأسه ومشاركته لعدد من المشاريع واللجان الفنية والادارية ، وكذلك من خلال استلام ملف التحول والتغييروالاتصال المؤسسي وأتتمتة تنفيذ الأعمال ، بالاضافة للهوية المعمارية والتسويقية ، وكان له ولفريق عمله بصمة واضحة في تأسيس وبناء هوية مشروع خادم الحرمين الشريفين لسقيا زمزم وقيادة تدشين وافتتاح المشروع ، كما قاد بناء وتطبيق مفهوم بيئات العمل الحديثة ومردودها الايجابي الخلاق على مستوى الانتاجية والولاء للمنظمة ومنسوبيها من خلال قيادة مشاريع متعددة ومتخصصة في هذا المجال أصبح انموذجا يحتذى به على مستوى المملكة في بيئات العمل الحديثة والمتقدمة ، وخصوصاً في الشركات والمؤسسات المملوكة للدولة.
توجه بعدها للقطاع الخاص لقيادة مهام جديدة في العمل التنفيذي والاستشاري لتطوير مجموعة الموسى للمياه والطاقة ، ومن خلال شركاتها المتعددة والمتنوعة التي يتجاوز عددها ال 14 شركة حيث ساهم في تطوير البرنامج لاستراتيجي والتنفيذي في بناء الشراكات والتحالفات التجارية النوعية وعضوية مجالس الادارة للمجموعة وشركاتها ، فضلاً عن تطوير الاعمال - المبيعات – المشاريع – اتمتتة تنفيذ الاعمال – علاقات البنوك لدعم وتمويل مشاريع المجموعة ، بالإضافة الى تطوير وتوطين وسعودة الكوادر البشرية لما يزيد عن 6 أعوام ، وما زال مستمراً في آداء مهامه التنفيذية والقيادية والاستشارية وعضويات مجالس الادارة في المنظومات التي يشارك في بنائها حالياً.
اسس عمله الخاص برفقة اثنين من زملائه لتكريس وتوظيف خبراتهم في مجال الاستشارات والمشاريع والتخطيط الاستراتيجي وتطويرالاعمال في القطاع الخاص لتقديم وتطوير حلول مبتكرة واستراتيجية في المياه والطاقة وبناء كيانات وتحالفات تجارية نوعية تساهم في تحقيق مستهدفات المياه والبيئة والطاقة والتخصيص موجهة للسوق المحلي والعالمي.
As an architecture graduate with an Executive MBA from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, I bring over 23 years of practical experience. What sets me apart is my unique journey in both the public and private sectors, a rare blend that has enriched my professional repertoire.
I gained a lot of my essential practical and professional experience through my academic, value, and professional presence at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and Saudi Aramco as a trainee engineer, where I received the university's award for excellence.
This was followed by my move to the commercial and industrial sector through working in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Eastern Province and the General Investment Authority in Riyadh, where I contributed with unmistakable fingerprints in building new administrative and technical entities, in addition to my leadership, presidency and participation in some technical and administrative committees and the establishment of qualitative departments that had the most prominent impact in enhancing the services of the investment sector, and leading many diverse projects and qualitative activities for comprehensive service centers for investors and economic cities, in addition to leading and managing change and institutional transformation and automating work implementation. This included chairing many project committees and specialized administrative and technical committees. These works were crowned by my receiving the Best Leader Award from the General Investment Authority.
Then came the shift to another vital path through 15 years that I spent in the water and energy sectors, where my work in these two sectors starting in 2009 coincided with the qualitative leap that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia witnessed in these two vital sectors, where I participated in the privatization program and the establishment and development of the National Water Company, where I was honored to lead and supervise the construction of the company’s integrated identity and brand and customer experiences, in addition to participating in the establishment of a number of executive departments and the company’s strategic vision, in addition to my leadership, presidency and participation in many projects and technical and administrative committees, as well as through receiving the file of transformation, change, institutional communication and automation of work implementation, in addition to the architectural and marketing identity of the company and its branches in the Kingdom, where I and my work team had a clear imprint in establishing and building the identity of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Project for Zamzam Water and leading the launch and opening of the project, and I also led the construction and application of the concept of modern work - working on developing work environments and their positive creative impact on the level of productivity and loyalty to the organization and its employees through my leadership of multiple and specialized projects in this field, so I became a role model at the level of the Kingdom In modern and advanced work environments, especially in state-owned companies and institutions.
I then moved to the private sector to lead new tasks in executive and advisory work to develop Al-Mousa Water and Energy Group. Through its diverse and multiple companies that exceed 14, where I contributed to developing the strategic and executive program in building qualitative commercial partnerships and alliances and membership in the boards of directors of the group and its companies, in addition to developing Business -sales - Projects - Marketing - Automation of business execution - Banking relations to support and finance the group's projects, in addition to designing, localizing and Saudization of human cadres for more than six years that were full of qualitative developments and growth at various levels and fields in the group, and I am continuing to perform my executive, leadership, advisory and membership tasks in the boards of directors, whether in the entities and institutions in which I currently work or contribute to establishing them in the future.
