In addition, he has completed various courses in hospitality, health, safety, and environmental management and holds an MBA in Business from the University of Wales.
Simon commenced his career in the hotel F&B industry in Los Angeles, California, specializing in fine dining and catering operations. Over the years, he has ascended to leadership roles in luxury resorts, five-star hotels, and large-scale catering operations across multiple countries, both regionally and internationally. His extensive experience in catering has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of high-volume food service operations, encompassing menu development, kitchen management, logistics, and customer service. He has successfully overseen numerous large-scale catering and facilities management projects, consistently delivering exceptional quality and efficiency while achieving impressive profitability. Additionally, Simon has contributed to executive teams and played a significant role in regional mergers and acquisitions.
With strong skills in contract negotiation and business development, specifically within the catering sector, Simon has effectively secured favorable agreements that enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
