• I have a master's degree on "The National Reconciliation Process in Burundi since 2000," in which I developed the first integrated strategy for national reconciliation consisting of an economic, political, and media aspect, in addition to some other academic additions related to the use of economic and political tools in the peaceful settlement of conflicts, at the Faculty of African Postgraduate Studies, Cairo University.

• Leader for Synergies with Sustainable Development Goals Working Groups on the UNESCO Media and Information Alliance.
• I was a member of the international organizing committee for UNECO Global Media Week 2020–2021.
• Founder of "Elmoustkbal SDGs," an initiative to use media to raise awareness about climate change and the MENA region's water shortage challenge.
