Huda Ragheb was selected as one of the Women 2030 Saudi leaders in 2021 by the Ministry of Human Resource and Social Development and Princess Nourah University. She joined local and international organizations as the First Saudi woman, starting in the Retail industry and navigating between Hospitality, Recreation, Engineering, and Construction. She is also an active Mentor/ Speaker working with various organizations e.g.,Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Amcham and Princess Noura University – “Qudwa” program. She’s an accomplished Human Resources professional and an internationally certified practitioner with more than 14+ years’ experience in managing strategically all aspects of HR disciplines.She’s A Change management champion who puts strategy into action and transforms business modules and culture that leads it to the targeted objectives.Effectively working within a matrix environment with local and international companies in the MEA Region. Supported organizations through leading change culturally, improving employee engagement & leadership effectiveness.Huda proudly worked with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development on the Human Capability Development Program initiative, sharing insights and the Private Sector experience
