اسامة عبد الرحمن الصافوري
As an E-commerce Manager at Back Comfort, I lead and organize all aspects of the e-commerce business for backcomfort.com.sa sites, as well as create and manage the content for the supporting website. With over four years of experience in this role, and 18 years of experience in the digital marketing industry, I have developed a deep understanding of how to optimize online sales and customer retention through various techniques and strategies.
Some of my key achievements include increasing the repeat customer base by maintaining relationships with high-profile clients and resolving service issues, establishing sales goals and strategies that contributed to increased growth in sales and profitability, and elevating team performance through strategic planning and coaching. I also have extensive skills in web design and development, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and marketing communications, which I leverage to enhance the online presence and reputation of Back Comfort. I am passionate about learning new things and finding innovative ways to achieve my goals and improve the e-commerce operations of the company.
