She is the owner of Planning Point consulting company and Plan B Shift marketing company.

She held the position of Managing Director for Auditing and Reviewing Advertising Spend at MEDPUSH, and Head of Business Development at the same company.

At the beginning of her career, she worked as an English teacher at Al Khaleej Institute. In 2007, she entered the banking sector and worked in retail banking at Riyad Bank, where she analyzed grant applications related to personal finance, real estate finance, and card finance. In addition, she dealt with clearance requests.

She then moved to corporate banking as an assistant relationship manager to study corporate credit applications, and then took on the responsibility of thoroughly reviewing guarantee and credit issuance requests in the Trade Finance Center Department at Riyad Bank. With her interest in risk management, she joined the risk management department in 2016 in the Policies and Regulations section of corporate banking.

Bashayer also worked in the marketing sector within the Fawaz Al-Hokair Group, in addition to her work with Tata Consultancy Services.

She has over 20 years of experience in the areas of banking, shared services, digital marketing, and governance.

She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from King Faisal University in 2015.
