CEO of Retail Banking and Financial Inclusion Sector at “ Commercial International Bank ” since April 2023, Arab Republic of Egypt.

His responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of strategies for designing and launching banking products and services that meet the needs of the bank’s various customer segments, including individuals, small and medium enterprises, in addition to sales and marketing plans and policies and managing customer relationships through the branch network and other electronic channels.

He joined CIB in 2004, and worked in the financial department and then held several positions, including Strategic Planning Officer between 2007 and 2009, Head of Strategic Planning Department between 2009 and 2013, Head of SME Banking and Payment Acceptance between 2013 and 2020, Head of Customer Sectors and Retail Banking Products between March 2020 and August 2022, and Acting CEO of Retail Banking between August 2022 and April 2023.

He holds an MBA in 2018 from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, a BA in Accounting, English Department, 2002 from Sohag University in Egypt, and a Certificate in Credit and Investment Analysis, 2006, from the Commercial International Bank.
