In his current role, Sultan Leads industrial maintenance operations, large-scale shutdowns and turnarounds, and the manufacturing of valve components supporting the oil and gas and petrochemical sectors, directs more than 600 employees across several branches, and monitors key performance indicators and operational efficiency to support revenue growth. His responsibilities also include overseeing the execution of large-scale joint ventures.

Alongside his role as General Manager, Sultan has served as Chief Executive Officer of AVV Ltd. since March 2026 and Export pallets for a wooden industry factory since 2024.

In addition to his work in the industrial sector, Sultan serves as a Board Member of Radwa Sports Club, He is also a member of the National Association of Leadership and Success in the United States, the Project Management Institute – Saudi Arabia Chapter, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, and the Saudi Council of Engineers.

He was appointed as a Board Member of the Saudi Accreditation Center in 2023 by a decision of the Council of Ministers, a position he held until August 2026. During this period, he contributed to the development of governance and compliance frameworks, policy formulation, and strategic oversight. He also served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Yanbu Chamber of Commerce, where he oversaw financial frameworks, worked to strengthen private-sector participation, and supported industrial sector development initiatives.

Sultan brings several years of experience in designing and leading industrial operations, shared services, manufacturing, governance, and strategic leadership. His areas of expertise include executive decision-making, stakeholder management, regulatory oversight, joint venture management, startup establishment, organizational performance improvement, project delivery, quality management, manufacturing operations, risk management, and leading operational and organizational transformation programs.

He is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration at London Business School and holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, with a minor in Business Administration, from Middle Tennessee State University in the United States.

He has completed a Corporate Governance Program at Columbia Business School and holds several professional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), Key Performance Indicator Professional (KPI-P), Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), and ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
