Abdulaziz brings several years of experience in the real estate development and investment sector, with a professional background spanning industrial engineering, marketing, and strategic management.

In his current role, Abdulaziz Al-Majed leads Masheed Real Estate Company’s operational and strategic plans across real estate development and investment activities. His responsibilities include developing residential and commercial solutions that respond to market demand in Saudi Arabia and align with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

He also oversees the execution of the company’s real estate portfolio, which comprises more than 20 projects across four Saudi cities, totaling approximately 1,460 residential units and 370,000 square meters of built-up area.

Al-Majed began his professional career at Al Majidiah Real Estate Company, where he gained practical experience in real estate development and business operations. He later served as Business Development Manager at Khawalid Real Estate Company.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from King Saud University (2020).
