Chief Executive Officer of The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) since 6 September 2023, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In this role, he oversees a portfolio of more than 126 insurance products spanning health, motor, property and casualty, and life insurance. He leads the execution of the company's corporate strategy with a focus on enhancing sustainable growth and improving operational efficiency, while supervising digital transformation initiatives and the integration of digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and automation to elevate customer experience and broaden service delivery across various insurance sectors.

His strategic priorities include strengthening the company's market competitiveness, growing its insurance portfolios, and fostering greater integration between operational performance and innovation, while developing insurance solutions that align with broader growth objectives and the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

In addition to his responsibilities at Tawuniya, Othman serves as Chairman of Meena Health Company, Tree Company, and Waseel Company. He is also a Member of the Board of Trustees of The Financial Academy, a Board Member of the Applied Science College at King Saud University, and a Board Member of both the Zahra Breast Cancer Association and the Saudi Physical Therapy Association.

He brings more than 21 years of experience across the insurance and healthcare sectors, with expertise spanning strategic planning, governance, operations management, and digital product development. He began his professional journey in clinical practice before transitioning into executive leadership and strategic healthcare project management. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the establishment and development of rehabilitation and healthcare projects in both the public and private sectors, and has participated in local, regional, and international conferences on physiotherapy and health awareness.

Othman joined Tawuniya in 2021 as Chief Executive Officer of the Health and Life Sector, the company’s largest sector.

Earlier in his career, he held several positions, including Executive Director of Enablement and Supervision and Official Spokesperson at the Council of Health Insurance (CHI), Medical Advisor at Rotana Media Group, and Corporate Development Manager at Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Humanitarian City.

AlKassabi holds an Executive MBA in International Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Al Yamamah University; an MBA and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Hochschule Furtwangen University; a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from Washington State University; and a Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physical Therapy from King Saud University.
