He is the chairman of the board of directors of: Academy of Learning Co, Itqan Educational Association, Mehan Human Resources Co, Canadian Medical Center Company, Salwa Najd Real Estate Company, Khayrat Al Ammariyah Real Estate Company, and Khayrat Al Sharq Holding Company (CASCO), and serves as the General Supervisor of Al Ammar Endowments.

Al-Ammar is an investor in a number of service and real estate sectors in Bahrain, Dubai, Turkey, and the United States of America. He has over 25 years of experience in leadership across multiple sectors including education, training, healthcare, real estate development, and human resources.

He supervised the Ruwad Forum, which is concerned with developing the Kingdom's young business people, and participated in founding and leading a number of initiatives, committees, boards, and associations that contributed to youth development and enhanced institutional and community work. He has also held several positions on the boards of directors of private sector companies, contributing to supporting their growth and developing their businesses.

He also founded and chaired the National Committee for Young Businessmen in the Federation of Saudi Chambers, served as Vice Chairman of the Young Businessmen Council, and was a member of the board of directors of Asharqia Chamber, the Saudi Canadian Business Council, and the General Assembly of the Cancer Society.

He has delivered a number of developmental courses and lectures at various universities inside and outside the Kingdom, as well as at chambers of commerce.

His publications include: Nogooch Book Part One in 2012, Nogooch Book Part Two in 2014, Al-Bisht Book, and a documentary journey entitled Life in a Misbaha.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, and has obtained a number of professional and developmental certificates, in addition to completing specialized programs and courses in the fields of management, leadership, and business development.
