Rayan brings more than 15 years of experience across the financial, banking, logistics, and industrial sectors, with specialization in recruitment, executive search, and talent acquisition. His expertise also includes overseeing operational portfolios encompassing recruitment initiatives, developing recruitment policies and procedures, and designing HR systems.

Ryan has delivered advisory services to over 25 organizations—including ministries, banks, and government and semi-government entities—in areas such as executive selection, leadership acquisition strategies, competency assessment, and the development of evaluation frameworks. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the recruitment of more than 820 executives and senior leaders, managed operational portfolios of more than 5,000 employees, and supported over 15 nationalization initiatives that have benefited more than 980 job seekers.

Earlier in his career, he held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at the International Human Resources Company and previously served as a Recruitment Specialist at Best Rent A Car Company.
