In his role, Alajlan leads the company’s growth and expansion strategy and oversees the development, launch, and operation of its franchise model in line with advanced operational and technological standards. He also focuses on building long-term strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, supporting sustainable growth and strengthening the company’s position as a leading brand in the retail sector.

In addition to his role at Richy Group, Alajlan holds several leadership and board positions across sectors including trade, real estate, education, investment, and the endowment sector. He is the Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of Raeyak Real Estate Company and Biah Al-Benaa Real Estate Company.

He is also a Co-Founder of Cheval Real Estate Company, a Board Member of Ittihad Hittin Real Estate Company and Jawharat Hittin Real Estate Company, Vice Chairman of Academy of Learning Company, a Founding Member of Itqan Educational Association, and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Abdullah Al-Fahd Alajlan Endowment Company.

With several years of experience in executive management, trade, and real estate investment, he began his professional career as Sales Manager at Abdullah Fahd Alajlan Company and later assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at Raeyak Real Estate Company. He also served as a Board Member of Al Rajhi Capital, and a Member of the Real Estate Committee in the Riyadh Chamber.

He holds a PhD in Management and Marketing and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from King Saud University.
