Etaiwi specializes in investment, real estate development, and institutional transformation, with more than 14 years of experience in project management, governance framework development, and the design of sustainable operating and investment models.

Between 2023 and 2025, he served as Director of the Project Management Office at a government entity and as Senior Project Manager at Red Sea Global. He also held the position of Head of the Project Management Office at the Public Investment Fund, where he contributed to the delivery of strategic initiatives aligned with market dynamics and national priorities.

Throughout his career, Etaiwi has supported the development of governance frameworks across multiple projects in alignment with sustainability requirements and has participated in institutional transformation initiatives focused on enhancing operational efficiency. He has also supported startups through the design and implementation of effective operating systems that meet market needs and compliance standards.

In the investment domain, he led the first investment round for Altajamue Investment Company, securing SAR 25 million through a data-driven and analytical investment approach.

He has been formally recognized by the Chairman of the Board of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage for his contributions in collaboration with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Etaiwi holds a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, United States, and a bachelor’s degree in Geomatics Engineering from King Abdulaziz University.
