He also serves as General Manager at Alnobalaa Private Schools Company, where he contributes to strengthening the financial sustainability of the educational group and supporting its expansion plans by aligning strategic decisions with an advanced financial and investment perspective that connects operational efficiency with investment enablement, further enhancing Al-Alnobalaa’s position in the education sector.

Alongside his executive responsibilities, Al-Mohaisen chairs the board of Taza Company.

With over 20 years of experience across investment, financial engineering, and banking, his expertise spans fund and investment portfolio management, large-scale deal structuring, financial product development, investor relations governance, and the design of sustainable financing models. 

He joined Ashmore Investment Saudi Arabia in September 2020 and progressed through a number of senior positions, including Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Head of Business and Product Development.

Prior to that, he held several positions at banking and financial institutions, including Private Banking Team Leader at Banque Saudi Fransi, Corporate Banking Relationship Manager at Bank AlJazira, Executive Director of Investor Relations in Saudi Arabia at Ibdar Bank, and Vice President and Senior Advisor for Institutional Investment at NCB Capital.

He also worked as a Commercial Financial Analyst for independent water and electricity projects at Marafiq, where he gained experience in project financial analysis.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (2006).
