General information
The Power and Water Utility Company for Jubail and Yanbu (Marafiq) was established in 2001 and listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) in 2022.
As a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Marafiq is responsible for the operation, maintenance, management, expansion, and construction of various utility systems, including seawater cooling systems, district cooling and air conditioning systems, desalinated and treated water systems, sewage and industrial wastewater systems, and power generation and transmission and distribution networks.
These services are provided to industrial, commercial, and residential facilities in the industrial cities of Jubail and Yanbu.
