Founder & Chairman of KMG Holding Group, an investment-focused company, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

He is a Co-Founder of KML Law Firm Attorneys & Legal Consultants, and serves as an advisor to several committees. 

Khalid possesses over 10 years of experience in establishing, developing, and managing legal and investment companies. He has managed mergers and acquisitions, led various committees, chaired several arbitration bodies, and overseen large real estate transactions.

He previously served as a Board Member of Asharqiyah Development Company and Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (ACIG), both listed companies on TASI, during which he oversaw several committees, including the Risk Management Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Sharia Committee.

Additionally, he has published multiple books and research papers, and served as a faculty member at the Higher Institute of the Judiciary.

Khalid is also the Owner of Al Moatamad Stables, specializing in purebred Arabian horses. He has earned numerous awards in national and international Arabian horse beauty competitions.

His historical library gained recognition for the rarity of its collection. A dedicated magazine was issued to introduce and document its holdings, and an exhibition showcasing the library was held at Nayyara Hall in Riyadh on January 31, 2026.

Khalid holds a Ph.D. in Legal System and Judicial Studies (2019) and a Master’s degree in Law.
