He is the Founder and Chairman of Sultan Ali Al Hassni Real Estate Company (SAHRECO).

He previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Energy Solutions Company ESC, Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Savvy Games Group.

He also held the position of Head of Human Resources and Shared Services at Panda Retail Company related to Savola Group, and Chief Human Resources Officer at Budget Saudi. His earlier career included leadership positions at Schindler Olayan, Muheel and the National Commercial Bank.

He brings over 23 years of experience across the energy, gaming and esports, retail, mobility, banking and services sectors, and His expertise includes building greenfield HR and shared-services functions, target operating models, corporate governance, organisational and digital transformation, Saudization, workforce planning, performance management, total rewards, short- and long-term incentive frameworks, and enterprise systems including SAP and Oracle.

His key achievements include building Savvy Games Group’s HR and shared-services platform across five entities as the group scaled to more than 3,500 employees in 22 countries, and delivering more than SAR 45 million in first-year operating savings at Panda through the centralisation of support functions serving approximately 24,000 employees across 200 stores.

He received the CHRO of the Year 2023 Award at the HRM Summit in Bahrain.

He holds an MBA, completed in 2020, and a BSc in Computer Software Engineering, completed in 2006.
