In his role, Osama oversees the company’s strategic direction in developing integrated residential projects that meet the needs of local communities. With a focus on quality and innovation, he delivers comprehensive residential communities that combine services and facilities, providing integrated housing solutions and generating sustainable value for investors and clients.

Osama also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Ammar Association for Real Estate Developers.

He brings several years of experience in managing risks associated with real estate and financial investments. Prior to his current role, Osama held senior positions in the financial and banking sectors, including Senior Vice President and Regional Head at Gulf International Bank, and Business Group Director at Amlak International Finance Company. In these roles, he managed investment portfolios, participated in senior credit and executive committees, and contributed to strengthening the financial sustainability and strategic growth of real estate projects.

He also served as a Board Member at Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company, and was a member of the Risk Management and Remuneration & Nominations Committees.

Osama holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Public Finance, from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
