His experience focuses on designing and managing digital transformation programs, enabling teams, improving organizational efficiency, and strengthening cross-sector collaboration through the application of artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and automation to healthcare services and operations.

Abdulgader has held several leadership and advisory positions within the Health Sector Transformation Program, one of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 realization programs, including Executive Vice President of Shared Services, Senior Data & Digital Transformation Advisor, and Secretary-General of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee. He was also a Founding Member and Restricted Shares Holder of Karaz Inc. Holding Ltd. in 2022 and served on the Advisory Board of Cloud Solutions Company, a subsidiary of Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group.

Earlier in his career, he served as AI Consultant and Health Sector Lead at the National Center for Artificial Intelligence, part of the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). He also served as Digital Health Director at Lean Business Services and Executive Director, Health ICT, at Advanced Electronics Company.

He held several positions at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre, including Pharmacy Informatics Officer, Informatics and Automation Manager, Senior Specialist, Informatics and Automation, Pharmacist, and General Pharmacy Resident. He also served as a mentor at the MiSK Foundation and as an adviser to the Technical Committee of the Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) program at the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS).

Throughout his career, he has led organization-wide initiatives aimed at strengthening governance, modernizing processes, and accelerating digital maturity across various sectors. He has also participated as a speaker at specialized events addressing health informatics, artificial intelligence in healthcare, and the role of clinical professionals in healthcare transformation, including delivering a keynote address at the 2026 Saudi Medical Technology Forum.

He holds an Executive Master of Business Administration with a sub-major in Innovation Management from Hult International Business School (2021), a Master’s degree in Health Informatics from Dalhousie University in Canada (2010), and a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from King Saud University (2006).
