He brings specialized expertise in educational policy design, operational model development, and the preparation of training programs aimed at developing educational leaders and teachers, alongside experience in corporate governance and institutional compliance frameworks.

He actively contributes to the development of education policy and the private education sector in Saudi Arabia, serving as Vice Chairman of the Education Committee at the Riyadh Chamber, where he supports sector investors and contributes to the development of strategic initiatives. He is also a member of the Education and Training Committee at the Federation of Saudi Chambers, representing the sector at the national level and contributing to the development of unified operational frameworks. In addition, he serves on the Advisory Committee of the Department of Psychology, College of Social Sciences, Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University, bridging educational practice with contemporary behavioral and scientific foundations.

Prior to assuming his current responsibilities in developing the operational framework at Alnobalaa Private Schools Company, he served as General Manager at Tadrees Holding Company.

Al Mohsen is an educational and psychological consultant specializing in family counseling, educational guidance, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). He has contributed to several intellectual and educational initiatives, including participation in the development of the Kingdom’s first encyclopedia for children and youth in collaboration with King Abdulaziz Public Library.

He has published several research papers and journalistic reports specializing in educational, pedagogical, and psychological issues, and has also appeared in television programs on several channels, including Saudi Cultural Channel and Iqraa Channel, where he presented educational and psychological topics.
