He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of: Masa Services Company for Operation and Maintenance “Masa” since October 2020, “ Jubail Water and Electricity Company ” since 2020, and “Jeddah Second Water Company” since 2020.

He was a member of the Board of Directors, Audit Committee and Executive Committee of the Electricity and Water Utilities Company in Jubail and Yanbu “Marafiq” between 2018 and 2020.

He has 25 years of experience in the field of electrical power systems in the oil and gas sector, where he held several positions at Saudi Aramco , including: Director of Energy Operations Department for the Northern Region, and Electrical Engineer. He also participated in the design and operation of many projects.

He holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Electrical Energy in 2016 from the Georgia Institute of Technology in the United States of America, a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management in 1999 from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals , and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering in 1993 from the same university.
