Alwashli oversees the company’s financial management, human resources, administrative affairs, and procurement functions. In this capacity, he leads budgeting, cash flow management, and the monitoring of financial and operational performance indicators, while also overseeing internal governance processes. He provides strategic and organizational support to the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer in expansion-related decisions and in the development of a unified operating model for the company.

He also supervises a portfolio of investments and real estate assets that contribute to enhancing the operational and financial efficiency of Al-Nobalaa Private School Company and supporting its future expansion plans. He is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ofoq Al-Ghamam Real Estate Company, which specializes in real estate asset management and development, where he leads its strategic direction, oversees operations, and ensures the implementation of corporate governance practices.

He is also a Co-Founder of  Sadmah Investment Company, which operates in real estate, technology, and education investment, and the owner of Tea Etique Cafe.

He has extensive experience in managing multi-activity organizations, with a focus on developing administrative and financial structures, enhancing governance, compliance, and institutional frameworks, as well as managing human capital and aligning it with growth and expansion objectives.

He began his professional career in 2018 at t Alnobalaa Private school Company, where he progressed through several roles, including Legal Specialist, Human Resources Manager, and Financial Administration Manager, gaining experience in operational aspects and infrastructure within the education sector.

He holds a Master’s degree from the Higher Institute of the Judiciary and a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia from Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University.
