Abdelmonem Khalifa is a construction industry leader and an expert in the Saudi market, with nearly 20 years of experience spanning engineering, project management, construction operations and executive leadership. He continues to leverage his experience and in-depth market knowledge to support the development of Saudi Arabia’s construction and real estate sectors, contribute to the delivery of ambitious projects, and support the growth of organizations operating in the sector.

He has built his professional career in Saudi Arabia, developing an in-depth understanding of the Kingdom’s construction sector, evolving market dynamics, client expectations, project delivery challenges, and the practical requirements of managing and delivering complex developments.

He has contributed to the development and growth of Elm & Memar Construction, progressing through a number of operational and executive positions and responsibilities within the company to become its Chief Executive Officer. In his current role, he leads the company’s strategic direction, organizational development and operational performance, with a focus on sustainable growth, disciplined execution and the delivery of increasingly complex projects. Under his leadership, the company has continued to strengthen its position in the Kingdom and expand its capabilities across residential, commercial, mixed-use and corporate developments.

Throughout his career, he has worked with developers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and various industry stakeholders, building a strong understanding of the relationships and partnerships required to successfully navigate the Saudi construction ecosystem and its diverse requirements.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Manchester Metropolitan University, United Kingdom, earned in 2023, and a Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering from Cairo University, earned in 2006. He also holds several internationally recognized professional certifications and credentials and has completed professional programs in Project Management (PMP), Risk Management (PMI-RMP) and FIDIC contractual frameworks.
