An Emirati financial and administrative expert. He is a former Director of Facilities Services at the Emirates General Transport and Services Company (Emirates Transport ). He started his career in the banking sector as an auditor at the British Bank of the Middle East between 1989 and 1991, then moved to the security sector as a police officer, where he started from the rank of Lieutenant to the rank of Colonel at the Abu Dhabi Police General Command between 1989 and 2010. He held several positions at the Abu Dhabi Police General Command, including Director of the Expenses and Financial Audit Branch between 1991 and 2006, Head of the Financial Revenues and Fund Department between 2003 and 2006, Deputy Director of Finance and Director of Treasury during 2009, and worked at the UAE Ministry of Interior as Director of the Privatization and Financial Investments Department in the Office of the Minister of Interior between 2005 and 2009, and CEO of the Privatization Services Group between 2013 and 2015. He also served as the Executive Director of "Armac Training and Consulting" in 2010, and the General Manager of "Emirates Security Guard Services Company" in 2012. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of several companies, including "Armac Training and Consulting", "Axel Accounting and Auditing Company", and "Knolton International Tax Consulting and Auditing Company". He was also an accounting expert at the " UAE Ministry of Economy ", and an expert lecturer at the "Middle East Government Excellence Award" between 2009 and 2011. He also served as a member of several boards, including: "The Association of Accountants and Auditors", the Social Solidarity Fund for Employees of the "Ministry of Interior", and the "Association of Certified Public Accountants" in the state of Montana in the United States of America. He holds a diploma in police and legal sciences from the Police College at the "General Command of Abu Dhabi Police", and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Economics from the " United Arab Emirates University ", and he is a fellow of a certified public accountant from the United Kingdom.
