Chairperson of the Board of Directors of “ Cham Holding Company ” since 2011, Syrian Arab Republic.
She is Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the International Bank for Trade and Finance since December 24, 2020, a professor at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Damascus , and a researcher in economics and community marketing. She has many books and publications on management, administrative reform, women, development, and economics.She served as Minister of Social Affairs and Labor between 2004 and 2011, and also worked on a project to combat unemployment between 2000 and 2005.
She worked as a consultant in the national program for the Anti-Unemployment Authority during 2002, a consultant in the Arab Quality Makers Center during 2003, and the national coordinator of the unemployment map project in Syria. She also held the position of member of the committee preparing the national education and development report.
She holds a doctorate in business administration in 1996, a master’s degree in 1988, a diploma in 1984, and a bachelor’s degree in 1981 with the same specialty.
