Director of the Innovation Center at Dubai Customs since 2013, United Arab Emirates. He has been the Head of Arab and Emirati Ideas at Dubai Quality Group since 2016. He has also been a member of: British Ideas Organization since 2016 and Arab Ideas Council since 2012. He is also an accredited assessor by: American Ideas Organization and British Ideas Organization, and a key lecturer in innovation management at the local and global levels. He has worked in the field of excellence, creativity and innovation in: Emirates Telecommunications Corporation , Emirates Airlines and Dubai Customs . He has created many theories in the science of innovation, including: "The Theory of Linking the Ideas Industry to the Natural Pearl Industry" and "The Theory of Absolute Motivation in Innovation Management". He has won many international awards in the field of innovation from international ideas organizations such as: British Ideas, American Ideas, German Ideas, Arab Ideas and Indian Ideas. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 1997 from the University of South Seattle in the United States of America.
