Issa Abdulrahman Aldosari's Bio

He is the founder of “ Essa Transport Consulting Company ”, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “ Gulf Road and Transport Engineering Society ”, a member of the Supreme Organizing Committee for the World Swimming Championship, Chairman of the Public Transport Development Committee, and a member of the Leadership Team of the “Roads and Transport Authority”. He started his career as an administrative employee in the " Dubai Municipality " in 1991, then he was promoted to Assistant Head of Operations Section in the "Public Transport Department", then he assumed the position of Head of Operations Section in 1999 and a member of the Dubai Metro Project, of which he was a member since its establishment and continued working in the project for 3 years, then he was promoted to the position of Assistant Director of the Transport Department, then the position of Director of the Licensing Department in 2006, after which he was appointed Executive Director of the "Marine Transport Agency" and a member of the Board of Directors of the "Roads and Transport Authority". He served as a member of the Technical Committee of the Dubai Metro Project between 2003 and 2005, and a member of the Supreme Committee for Transport at the "International Monetary Fund Conference" in 2003. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management and Technology from Central Michigan University in the United States of America in 1991. He has attended several management courses and leadership development programs, in addition to training courses, conferences and forums specialized in transportation.
