He is a founding member of the Shafi'an Association for Teaching the Holy Quran and its Sciences to the Disabled.

He has over 25 years of executive experience in strategic leadership, business development, human resources management, and organizational transformation. He has co-founded successful companies, led major digital transformation projects, and held several positions at the Saudi Telecom Company ( STC ), including:

• Director of Benefits Management from 2019 to 2022.
• Director of Employee Services Department between 2008 and 2016.
• General Supervisor of Human Resources Areas between 2006 and 2008.
• Human Resources Manager for Riyadh Governorates Region between 2005 and 2006.
• Director of the Performance and Rewards Department between 2002 and 2005.
• Accountant between 1997 and 2002.

He also held the position of Vice President of Support Services at Aqalat Limited between September 2016 and January 2020, and Director of Human Resources at the same company between 2018 and 2019.
