Director of “University of Kalba” since September 23, 2024, United Arab Emirates.

She is a member of the Board of Trustees of: “University of Kalba”, “ Sharjah Education Academy ”, “ Rabdan Academy ”, “ Arab Center for Educational Research for the Gulf States ”, a member of the Advisory Council of the “ Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States ”, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Cancer Patients Care Association “Rahma”.

She held the position of Deputy Director of the University of Kalba, and held several positions at the United Arab Emirates University , including: Acting Dean of the College of Education, Vice Dean of the same college, Assistant Professor in the Department of Curriculum and Teaching Methods at the College of Education, Assistant Dean of the College of Education for Student Affairs and Graduate Support, and Director of the Curriculum Department at the Abu Dhabi Education Council.

She has conducted many workshops, training courses, forums and seminars in various educational institutions, and participated in many local and international conferences and agreements. Her research studies have also been published in peer-reviewed and indexed journals.

She has received many awards, including: “Sheikh Saeed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Scientific Excellence”, “Academic Excellence Award” from the UAE Embassy in Washington, and “Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Award for Scientific Excellence”.

She holds a PhD in Curriculum and Teaching Methods in 2009 from Kansas State University in the United States of America, and a Master’s degree in the same specialization from the same university. She graduated from the College of Education at the United Arab Emirates University with honors.
