He is a member of the Executive Committee of the same company.

He has over 20 years of experience in the financial, banking and telecommunications sectors in several international financial institutions and telecommunications groups, during which he worked in the Middle East, North America and Europe.

He held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Mobily between July 2015 and June 2019.

He started his career in banking, then moved to work in the telecommunications sector, where he held several leadership positions in the Orange Group, including Director and Head of Financial Operations for Project Finance in Egypt between 2011 and 2015, Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions in France between 2005 and 2008, Head of the Group CFO Office in France between 2003 and 2005, and Director of Financial Operations in France between 2001 and 2003.

In 2011, he assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer at the Egyptian Company for Mobile Services (Mobinil) in Egypt. He previously worked at Societe Generale in France between 1996 and 1997, and as an analyst and consultant at the World Bank in Washington between 1994 and 1996.

He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering in 1996 from Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées in France, a Master’s degree in Economics in 1994 from Sorbonne University in France, and a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Engineering in 1993 from Ecole Polytechnique in France.
