Sameh brings over 30 years of experience in the financial sector, having worked with multinational and Pan-Arab companies across various industries, including FMCG, pharmaceuticals, medical, food, real estate, petrochemical, and investment sectors.

Throughout his career, Sameh has held several prominent leadership positions, including:

• Chief Financial Officer at Al Faisaliah Group. 
• Regional Financial Manager at Colgate-Palmolive in Saudi Arabia, a joint venture between Olayan Saudi Holding Company and Colgate-Palmolive in New York.
• Regional Finance Manager at Novartis for pharmaceutical manufacturing in North Africa and Egypt.
• Finance and Operations Manager at Johnson & Johnson in Egypt and Sudan.

He has 5 Years of experience as Group CFO for Group member related  to the private office of the Crown Prince.

Sameh holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and Banking from Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The American University in Cairo.
