He has been a member of the Board of Directors of “ Privacy Holding Group ” and “ National International Holding Company ” representing “Al-Maisarah Financial Company” since September 2018.

He was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of " Privacy Holding Group ".

He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of human resources, where he held the position of General Manager of Human Resources and General Services Group at “Kuwait Finance House Group” between 2013 and 2015, Director of Human Resources Group at “Zain ” Mobile Telecommunications Company between 2012 and 2013, and Director of Corporate Affairs at the same group between 2011 and 2012.

He held several positions at the National Telecommunications Company, including: Head of Regulatory Affairs in 2011, Director of Regulatory Affairs between 2009 and 2011, and Director of Human Resources between 2002 and 2009. He also worked as Supervisor of Industrial Relations and Salaries at the Kuwait National Petroleum Company between 1986 and 2002.

He holds a BA in English Literature from Kuwait University in 1986 .
