He is a member of the “ Arab Lawyers Union ”, the International Union of Lawyers “UIA”, the Arab Council for Supporting Fair Trials and Human Rights “ACSFT”, and the “Arab Organization for Human Rights”. He began his life as a pilot after graduating from the “Kuwait Military College” in 1974, where he rose to several positions in the military field in the Air Force and Air Defense until he resigned from military service in 1982. He served as editor-in-chief of “Al-Diwan Electronic Newspaper,” and also held several local and Arab positions. And international bodies concerned with equestrian sports. He served as a member of the Kuwaiti National Assembly, chaired the Human Rights Committee in the same assembly, and was an honorary consul of the Republic of Ivory Coast in Kuwait. He assumed the position of Secretary-General of the General Conference to Support the People of Bahrain in Baghdad, and Chairman of the Legal Committee of the “Palestinian-Syrian Society for the Right of Return,” and was appointed a member of the “General Secretariat of the Arab and Islamic Gathering.” He founded several professional unions for business owners in Kuwait, and was appointed Chairman of the Facilities and Services Committee of the Hawalli Governorate Council. He holds a doctorate in public constitutional law in 2014 from the “University of Civilization,” a doctorate in public law from the “University of Creativity” in France, a postgraduate diploma in public law from the same university, and a master’s degree in public constitutional law in 2009 from the “University of Civilization.” And a Bachelor of Laws from Alexandria University .
