Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BLOCKS Group, a company specializing in construction with a focus on experience-based entertainment across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since December 2015.

In his role, Abdulkareem leads the development and execution of the group’s strategic initiatives to drive sustainable growth, increase revenue, and enhance operational efficiency. His responsibilities include overseeing investment planning, restructuring processes to optimize performance, and managing financial operations and budgets.

He also serves as the Chairman of the Board for Zyada Holding, and is an active investor in several companies and the founder of multiple enterprises, including:

• FINIX systems, a technology company specializing in smart solutions and advanced control systems.
• TPH Industries, a fit-out manufacturing company specializing in retail and advertising production services.
• 3S, modular building solutions specialized in lightwieght galvanzied steel (LGS). 
• FORM by Blocks, a corporate fit-out company specialized in design and executing commercial and corporate projects.
• BSW, Blocks steel manufacturing division specialzied in steel structure production and execution.

Abdulkareem has over 16 years of experience in business development, executive management, strategy development, and organizational change management. and has contributed to transforming BLOCKS Group from a startup in 2015 into one of the largest companies in its field in the region.

Previously, Abdulkareem served as Deputy General Manager at Al-Zaid Trading & Contracting Company and Sanosil Saudi Arabia, where he assessed institutional gaps, developed operational plans, managed organizational change, and improved spending efficiency. Moreover, he oversaw daily operations and budget performance to achieve key objectives. He also held the position of Business Development Manager at both companies, driving the development of operational solutions, shaping comprehensive sales strategies, and strengthening relationships with partners and stakeholders.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology.
