Assistant Governor for Strategy and Transformation at the General Organization for Social Insurance "GOSI", since June 2024, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

He brings over 18 years of experience leading institutional transformations and developing strategies across both the public and private sectors. His expertise lies in aligning developmental goals with digital transformation priorities.

Since assuming his role at GOSI, he has led strategic transformation initiatives focused on enhancing customer experience and improving operational efficiency. His work centers on creating flexible, integrated solutions that meet transformation needs while advancing the organization’s strategic objectives.

In addition, he serves as a Board Member and a member of the Board of Managers at Osool Real Estate Company. 

He has also served on several specialized boards and committees focused on audit, risk, and governance, gaining extensive expertise in financial, regulatory, and operational matters.

Before his appointment as Assistant Governor, he was Strategic Advisor to the Governor from 2023 to 2024. His earlier positions included Chief Strategy Officer, General Manager of the Strategic Management Office, and Head of Planning and Performance Development at Tawuniya.

Earlier in his career, he held several roles at BAE Systems Saudi Arabia, including Strategic Business Analysis Manager, Strategic Business Analyst, and Business Development Trainer. He also served on the boards of United Insurance Company, Tree Company, and NYM.

He holds a bachelor's degree in English Literature and Criticism from Imam Muhammad bin Saud University. He has also completed advanced executive programs in strategy, change management, and customer experience at globally recognized institutions including INSEAD, MIT, and IMD.
