He is a founding partner in “Sorouh International Sports Company” in Saudi Arabia with a 30% share of the company’s capital, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of “Saleh Abdullah Kamel Humanitarian Foundation”, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Makkah Chamber”, “Islamic Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture”, “ Umm Al-Qura Company for Development and Construction ”, “Okaz Foundation for Press and Publishing”, “ Al-Baraka Group ” since June 8, 2020, “General Council for Islamic Banks and Financial Institutions”, and Director and founding partner in “Iqra Holding Company” in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a 50% share of the company’s capital.

He held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Sinad Holding Company”, formerly known as “ Asir Company for Trade, Tourism, Industry, Agriculture, Real Estate and Contracting Works ”, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Emaar Economic City Company ”, “ Bank Aljazira ”, and “Albaraka Group”, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Amlak International Real Estate Development Company”, and “ Halwani Brothers Company ”.

He held several positions at Dallah Al Baraka Company, including: Vice President of the Business Sector, and CEO.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Jeddah Chamber , the Saudi Research and Media Group , the Tawfiq Financial Group, the Samla and Alam Al-Rum Urban Development Company in Egypt, the Samla Hotels and Resorts Company in Egypt, the Arab Presidents Organization, and the Friends of Saudi Arabia Association. He was also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Centennial Fund and the Prince of Wales International Business Leadership Forum.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics in 1986 from the University of Southern California in the United States of America.
