Member of the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee, and the Remuneration and Nominations Committee of Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

He is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Khair Capital Dubai Limited. He also serves on the Board of Directors of a number of real estate funds licensed by the Capital Market Authority .

He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Waslt Real Estate Services Company in Saudi Arabia, and as a member of the Board of Directors of  SHL Financing Company. He also founded Amjal Real Estate Development Company, and served as its Executive Director and Managing Director.

He also served as CEO and Board Member of Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company, General Manager of Projects and Business Development at Fama Holding Group, and held several positions at the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu , including General Manager of Project Management in Jubail Industrial City and Group Director.

Saud holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from King Saud University.
