Senior Director of Strategy and Corporate Excellence Department at Dubai Customs , UAE. He is an expert in research, surveys, strategic planning, corporate management and foreign trade statistics. He is also a member of the strategic planning committees for both the economic and security sectors in the Government of Dubai . He served as Director of Strategy and Corporate Excellence Department at Dubai Customs, Acting Director of Corporate Communications Department between 2009 and 2010, and Senior Director of the Value Added Tax Project between 2007 and 2008. Before joining Dubai Customs, he served as Director of the Strategy Department at the Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai , and Director of the Studies and Research Department at Dubai Municipality . He also participated as a keynote speaker in many forums, conferences and seminars at the local, regional and international levels. He received the Sheikh Rashid Award for Scientific Excellence and the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Award for Smart Government for the Best Improvement Leader category. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ajman University of Science and Technology .
