He served as Director General of Customs at the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security, Acting Director General of Customs at the same authority, Director General at the Federal Customs Authority , and Executive Director of the Customs Affairs Sector at the same authority.

He also worked as a customs inspector in the Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) , customer management manager, customer service manager in the airport area, director of air customs centers at Dubai Customs , director of Jebel Ali Customs Centers at the same entity, and director of passenger operations at Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International Airport.

He won the "Best Creative Idea Award" within the "Dubai Government Excellence Program".

He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Canadian University in Dubai , a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, a Diploma in Information Analysis Systems, and graduated from the Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Development Program.
