He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of: “ Abu Dhabi Finance Company ” since 2008, “Emirates Ship Investment Company”, “Facilities Management Services Company” since 2010, “Al-Hikma Development Company” since 2010, “Viceroy Hotels Group”, and “Iskandar Holding Company Limited”. “Global Capital and Development Sdn Bhd” and “Emirates Marine Investment Company” since 2012. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of: “Al-Hikma Development Company”, “Abu Dhabi Health Services Company”, “Emirates Palace Company” and “Al-Hikma Group”. Viceroy Hotels, Rosewood Abu Dhabi Hotel, and Mubadala Capital Land Real Estate Company. He worked as a project assistant in the “Economic Tawazun Program Office” in the United Arab Emirates, as chairman and member of the board of directors of “Aldar Properties Company,” and as vice chairman of the board of directors in the same company. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in finance, from the American University in the United States of America, and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Accounting from the same university.
