He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Media Network , Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA) , and Q Market Makers . He has also been the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Ship Building Company since July 24, 2023, and ADNEC Group, and a member of the Board of Trustees of Khalifa University.

He has more than 20 years of experience gained through holding a number of leadership positions in the governmental, semi-governmental and private sectors inside and outside the UAE.

During his career, he held a number of leadership positions, including: Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Ship Building Company between December 1, 2020 and February 15, 2023, Assistant Secretary General and Executive Director of the Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council , Executive Director of the Emirates Metrology Institute , and Senior Investment Manager for the Aerospace Industry Sector at Mubadala . He was also a member of the Board of Directors of   Abu Dhabi Autonomous Systems Investment Company ( ADASI ).

He holds a Master’s degree in International Law and Comparative Law from the University of London Guildhall, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Amman Private University .
