Chief Executive Officer of Alef International, a wholly Saudi-owned strategic communications, public relations, and content firm headquartered in Riyadh.

Rabih El-Amine has been a resident of the Kingdom since 1998 and has 35 years of professional experience. 

He served as Managing Director of Alef before relaunching it under its current name in 2006 and has led it ever since. The company services cover strategic advisory, communication strategy, media relations, crisis communication, content development, digital and social media, media training, media monitoring and analysis, annual reports, and publishing. Operating across the public and private sectors in the GCC, serving industries such as energy, petrochemicals, technology, culture, real estate, transport, financial services, and healthcare.

He has served as President of the Lebanese Executives Council (LEC) since 2019.

Previously, he served as a member of the Marketing Committee of the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce. He has participated as a speaker at several industry conferences, given television and press interviews, and is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
