Director General of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council since April 10, 2016, United Arab Emirates. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Media Zone Authority - Abu Dhabi , Emirates Palace Company , and Dar Zayed for Family Care . He previously held the position of Director of the Government Communication Office at the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi between 2014 and 2016, Director of the Social Development Department in the Office of the Vice Chairman of the Executive Council between 2013 and 2014, and a member of the Higher Committee of the Special Olympics World Games Abu Dhabi 2019, and held several positions in federal entities before that. Al Neyadi participated in many administrative and analytical programs and courses, such as the "Harvard Kennedy School Leadership Training Program", and prepared and presented research papers in a number of refereed international conferences, and participated in the "International Conference on Media and Engineering - Seoul College of Existence" 2007 in South Korea, and the "Fourth International Conference on Information Security and Quality in Miyazaki - Japan" 2010. He received the "Rashid Award for Scientific Excellence" in 2003, in addition to the Medal of Appreciation, and the Medal of Loyal Service. He holds a PhD in Information Systems Management in 2016 from "Deakin University" in Australia, a Master's degree in Information Systems Management in 2001, and a Bachelor's degree in 1999 from the "American University" in the United States of America.
