She has been the CEO of Alinma Medical Services Company since January 2006, which owns and operates the Hayat National Hospitals Group. She has also been the Head of the Allergy and Immunology Department at the same hospitals since October 2005, and Vice Chair of the National Committee for Private Hospitals at the Council of Saudi Chambers since September 2017.

She served as Treasurer of the Saudi Society of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology between 2014 and 2017.

Forbes Middle East ranked her among the most powerful healthcare leaders in the Middle East for 2024.

She holds a PhD in Allergy and Immunology, a Master's degree in Healthcare Management and Business Administration from the Royal College of Surgeons in the United Kingdom (2020), and a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery from King Saud University .
