She is the Head of the Advanced Surgical Team and a General Surgery Consultant at Zayed Military Hospital since 2014.

She has been a member of the European Society of Trauma and Emergency Surgery (ESTES) since 2016, and the European Society of Laser Aesthetic Surgery (ESLAS) since 2012.

She was a general surgery consultant at Abu Dhabi Health Services Company ( SEHA ) between April 2018 and September 2020, and also worked at both Sheikh Khalifa Medical City and Mafraq Hospital .

She has over 20 years of experience in general surgery, pediatric surgery, plastic reconstructive and burn surgery, and vascular surgery.

She holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Quality, Management and Safety from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) in 2019, an Executive Master’s degree in Healthcare Management from Zayed University in 2014, a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery from Dubai Medical College in 2002, and a Certificate of Completion of Basic Surgical Training (CCBST) from the Royal College of Surgeons.
