She served as the Engineering Project Audit Manager at Dubai Aviation City Corporation , and as the Governance Audit and Risk Control Manager at the same corporation. She also worked as an external financial auditor at the Dubai Financial Audit Authority , an internal financial auditor at the Dubai Public Prosecution , and an accountant at the General Finance Department of the Dubai Police .

She has over 17 years of experience in governance, internal and external audit, and risk management. Throughout her career, she has led high-impact audit operations, developing governance frameworks, and implementing anti-fraud and whistleblowing systems. She also has practical experience in entrepreneurship and establishing small and medium enterprises.

She holds a Master's degree in International Business Administration from the University of Wollongong in Dubai (2012), a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Sharjah , and a Diploma in Government Innovation from the Mohammed bin Rashid Centre for Government Innovation in collaboration with Cambridge University in the United Kingdom. She is also a graduate of the Young Leaders and Community Leaders Programme from the Mohammed bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development .
